Because chain making, welding and electroplating all happen in our own units, we can hold size, finish and appearance steady across repeat bulk orders — and adjust quickly when a buyer needs a non-standard specification.
Our process
- Step 1
Raw material selection
Mild steel, stainless steel, brass and PVC-coated stock is chosen by gauge and grade to suit the intended load and finish.
- Step 2
Chain making & twisting
Automatic chain making, twisting (marodi) and link forming machines run to the approved sample size and link shape.
- Step 3
Welding & jointing
Welded links are joined and dressed; non-welded and assembly items are formed and fitted with hooks, rings and clips.
- Step 4
Electroplating & finishing
Our own plating unit applies zinc, super zinc, nickel, CP and brass-plated finishes, so colour and coating stay consistent batch to batch.
- Step 5
Inspection
Length, gauge, link count and finish are checked against the approved sample before packing.
- Step 6
Packing & dispatch
Bundles, coils, poly bags, cartons or your own packing spec — labelled and dispatched across India.
