Product listings, sizes, finishes and images are indicative and intended to help you identify the item. Slight variation in dimensions, wire gauge, weight and plating shade is normal in manufactured chain. Confirm exact specifications with us before ordering.
Prices and quotations
Prices are not published on this website. All rates are quoted on enquiry against your quantity, specification and delivery location, and remain valid only for the period stated in the quotation. Metal rates move, so quotations are subject to revision.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once we accept it in writing and any agreed advance is received. Minimum order quantities apply on several items. Taxes are charged as applicable under Indian law against GST 07AJBPC8489M1ZP.
Dispatch and delivery
Goods are dispatched from our factory by the transport mode agreed with you. Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk passes on handover to the transporter; transit insurance is the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
Claims
Report shortage or damage within 7 days of receipt, with photographs, so we can investigate and resolve it. Material made to a buyer-approved sample or custom specification is not returnable.
